The house we’ve found has a wisteria vine that is ready for me to love and tend until it poofs into the atmosphere with those bright purple tendrils.  It will weave it’s way over our heads and we’ll sit beneath it with our coffee.  There’s five forgotten apple trees, space for my chickens and a garden.  The volleyball court is ready for Round-up to shrivel the weeds to reveal the sand, and a net to make it official.  I’m ready to get my hands dirty in my own yard, and fill my own refrigerator with food, and be grown up for real.
(PS. this is not our house. this is just wisteria at its finest.)
